Outgoing President of the Board Janet McBee opened the meeting at 6:30 p.m. In addition to members of the Board and administration, Angela Cooper of the South Gibson Teachers Association was present as well as Cory Woosley of the Princeton Daily Clarion.

Don Steinmetz nominated Dr. Cox to be the President of the Board. Steve Gruzewski seconded the motion and Dr. Cox was elected on a vote of 7-0.
