1. CALL TO ORDER
Mr. Steve Gruszewski, President of Board

Minutes

President Steve Gruszewski called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m., and the meeting was streamed live
on YouTube (https://www.youtube.com/@southgibsonschoolboardlive). In addition to Board members, Board
Attorney Pam Partenheimer and Administration were present, along with Angela Cooper of the South Gibson
Teachers Association.


1.1 Public hearing on collective bargaining SEA 390

Minutes

President Gruszewski opened the public hearing on collective bargaining and asked for public comment.  None was voiced.  Benson Davenport made a motion to close the hearing, and Robin Angermeier seconded the motion.  The hearing closed on a vote of 7-0.

The Board received financial information for the ECA accounts and the Corporation for 31 July 2026, as well as budget 2027 information.  Additionally, copies of documents establishing South Gibson School Corporation were included.  Per the budget calendar, there will be two Board meetings in October: the 13th and the 27th.
