Benson Davenport called the meeting to order at 6:32 PM.

SGSC's current ADM funding level is 2,110.12, down from last year's 2131.38 A copy of the most recent Stat Tuition Support (January 2025) is attached.
As of 31 December 2024, United Fidelity deposits are $2,023,111.63 and Fifth Third deposits are $10,073,149.10 for a total funds balance of $12,096,260.73

The Board received reports on the enrollment and financial condition of SGSC on 31 December 2024.

With no further business to conduct, Steve Gruszewski motioned to adjourn the finance meeting at 6:35 PM. Rachael Hileman seconded the motion and the Board adjourned the Finance meeting to go into the regular meeting.
