Robin Angermeier called the meeting to order at 6:30 PM.

REPORTS
SGSC's current ADM funding level is 2131.38, up from last year's 2113.00 A copy of the most recent Stat Tuition Support (January 2024) is attached.
As of 31 December 2023, United Fidelity deposits are $2,018,019.25 and Fifth Third deposits are $9,487,781.63 for a total funds balance of $11,505,800.88

The Board received financial information, including revenues and expenditures, for 2023 as well as current information on enrollements.

With no further business to conduct, David Lewis made a motion to adjourn which was seconded by Steve Gruszewski and approved on a vote of 7-0. The Board adjourned into the regular meeting at 6:33 PM.
