Dr. Cox called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. In addition to Board members, Administration, and Board Attorney Pam Partenheimer, Angela Cooper of the South Gibson Teachers Association along with patrons of the South Gibson School Corporation. The media was represented by Janice Barniak of the South Gibson Star-Times.

Dr. Humbaugh and the Board honored Gibson Southern Archery students and coaches for their successes this year. Coach Tim Speedy briefed those present on the individual, team, and coaching accomplishments of this season.
