or has been threatened specifically in writing;

Dr. Cox called the meeting to order at 5:30 pm.

With no further business to conduct, Tim Nurrenbern made a motion to adjourn the meeting at 8:30. Janet McBee seconded the motion and the Board adjourned on a vote of 7-0.
