CALL TO ORDER
Minutes
Janet McBee called the meeting to order at 6:30 pm. Due to weather conditions, the meeting was held virtually via Zoom. In addition to Board members and members of the administration, Angela Cooper of the South Gibson Teachers Association was present along with teacher John Spradley and Interim Principal of Gibson Southern Jon Adams. Representing the media was Sara Loesch of the Princeton Daily Clarion and Janice Barniak of the South Gibson Star-Times. Dr. Cox was unable to attend the meeting due to internet issues.

Stipends for Administration and Support Staff
Each year the state has provided funding for Teacher Appreciation Grants, SGSC has paid Administrators and Support Staff a stipend. . The total estimated cost is $28,000.00. The attached draft still needs to be reviewed by Elaine Tenbarge.
