Don Steinmetz opened the meeting of the Board of Finance at 6:30 p.m. In addition to Board members, Angela Cooper of the South Gibson Teachers Association was present along with Mike Ruder, Director of Maintenance, Ron Steinhart of Hafer and Associates, and Mike Melvin of Toyota.

With there being no more business to conduct, Tim Nurrenbern made a motion to adjourn the Board of Finance meeting and move into the regular Board meeting. Steve Gruszewski seconded the motion and the motion passed 4-0 at 6:33 p.m.
