Steve Gruszewski called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Besides board members and administration, board attorney Bob Kinkle, Angela Cooper of the South Gibson Teachers Association were present along with representatives of the Gibson County Economic Development, Gibson County Commissioners, and Reinbrecht Homes. No media was present.
After the meeting was called to order, Don Steinmetz nominated Steve Gruszewski to be president of the board. Tim Nurrenbern seconded the motion and the motion passed 6-0.
