Dr. Conway Cox, President of the Board, called the meeting to order at 6:45 p.m. In addition to Board members, Administrators, and Board Attorney Bob Kinkle, Angela Cooper and John Spradley of the South Gibson Teachers Association were present. The media was represented by Sara Loesch of the Princeton Daily Clarion.
