Dr. Conway Cox, President of the Board, called the meeting to order at 6:45 pm. In addition to Board members, Administrators, and Board Attorney Bob Kinkle, Angela Cooper and John Spradley of the South Gibson Teachers Association were present. The media was represented by Quiche Matchen of the Princeton Daily Clarion and Alden Heuring of the South Gibson Star Times.

Dr. Cox opened the floor for public comments and questions on the 2019 Budget Hearing for the budget, bus replacement, and capital projects. There were no comments. Tim Nurrenbern made a motion to close the hearing. Don Steinmetz seconded the motion and the Budget hearing closed at 6:46 pm on a 6 - 0 vote.
