School Board President Dr. Conway Cox called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. In addition to Board members, administrators and Board Attorney Bob Kinkle, Angela Cooper and John Spradley of the South Gibson Teachers Association were in attendance along with media representatives Quiche Matchen of the Princeton Daily Clarion and Alden Heuring of the South Gibson Star Times.
Dr. Humbaugh presented the Board with a disclosure form which stated the district is hiring Jaime Nurrenbern as summer help and her father, Tim Nurrenbern, is on the Board. David Lewis made a motion to approve the disclosure, Steve Gruszewski seconded the motion and the motion passed 7 - 0.
