School Board President Dr. Conway Cox called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. In addition to board members, administration, and Board Attorney Bob Kinkle, Angela Cooper and John Spradley of the South Gibson Teachers Association were in attendance along with media representatives, Quiche Matchen of the Princeton Daily Clarion and Ann Wright of the South Gibson Star Times. George Link of VPS, Scott Stenftenagel of Stenftenagel Group, Ron Steinhart of Hafer, and Mike Ruder, Maintenance Director of SGSC were also in attendance.
