School Board President Dr. Conway Cox called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. In addition to Board members, administrators and Board Attorney Bob Kinkle, Angela Cooper and John Spradley of the South Gibson School Teachers Association were in attendance along with media representatives Quiche Matchen of the Princeton Daily Clarion and Alden Heuring of the South Gibson Star Times. SGSC Maintenance Director Mike Ruder was also present along with Scott Stenftenagel of the Stenftenagel Group and Ron Steinhart of Hafer Design.

Scott Stenftenagel led the Board in discussion concerning the location of a Central Office building. After discussion, Janet McBee made a motion to authorize the Stenftenagel Group and Hafer Design to investigate design and cost for a new adminstrative building located on the Gibson Southern High School property. Steve Gruszewski seconded the motion and the motion passed 7 - 0.
