Outgoing Board President Tim Nurrenbern called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
In addition to Board members, administration, and Bob Kinkle, Quiche Matchen of the Princeton Daily Clarion and Alden Heuring of the South Gibson Star Times were present along with John Spradley of the South Gibson Teachers Association.
David Lewis made a motion to nominate Dr. Cox as President of the Board of School Trustees. The nomination was seconded by Janet McBee and the motion passed 7 - 0. Dr. Cox then proceeded with the Board president duties.
