Tim Nurrenbern called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. In addition to Board members and Administration, Board Attorney Bob Kinkle, Angela Cooper, and John Spradley of the South Gibson Teachers Association were in attendance along with media representative Quiche Matchen of the Princeton Daily Clarion.

President Tim Nurrenbern opened the Public Hearing for the 2018 Budget, 2018 Capital Projects Plan, and the 2018 Bus Replacement Plan for comments and questions. No one came forward with any questions or comments. David Lewis made a motion to close the hearing which was seconded by Mike Bengert. The motion to close the meeting was passed 6 - 0.
