Dr. Conway Cox, Secretary of the Board, called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. In addition to Board members and Administration, Board Attorney Bob Kinkle, Angela Cooper and John Spradley of the South Gibson Teachers Association were in attendence along with media representatives Quiche Matchen of the Princeton Daily Clarion and Pete Capazzelo of the South Gibson Star Times. Parents and students of the district were also in attendance.

Dr. Humbaugh and the Board recognized these students as well as their sponsor, Tara Sorg, for the entry in the UE Changemakers. The students gave their demonstration to the Board and patrons in attendance.

Dr. Cox opened the floor up for patron concerns. None were voiced. Dr. Cox, speaking as a parent, wanted to congratulate the students and staff involved in the recent theatre production of Sister Act. He stated "this was a top flight show with a live orchestra which achieved the highest quality."
