The Board of Finance report was given to the Board, as well as a report which compared General Fund balances for several years.

There being no more business to conduct, Tim Nurrenbern made a motion to adjourn at 6:32 p.m. into the regular board meeting. The motion was seconded by Steve Gruszewski and the motion passed 6-0.
