Tim Armstrong walked the Board of Finance through the year end report of account balances for 2015 and lead general discussion on the financial condition of SGSC.

There being no more business to discuss, the Tim Nurrenbern made a motion to adjorn into the regular board meeting at 6:44 p.m. The motion was seconded by Steve Gruszewski and the motion passed 6 - 0.
