Outgoing Board President Mike Bengert called the meting to order at 6:30 p.m. Besides members of the Board and Administration, John Spradley and Angela Cooper from the South Gibson Teachers Association. School Board Attorney Bob Kinkle and Roman Ricker of Hall, Partenheimer, and Kinkle were present along with media representatives Quiche Matchen of the Princeton Daily Clarion and Brian Kaufman of the South Gibson Star Times.
