Tim Nurrenbern called the meeting to order at 06:30 p.m. In addition to Board members and Administration, Carla Jochim of the South Gibson Teachers Association, George Link of VPS Architecture, Fort Branch Principal Michael Galvin, and Gwen Siekman of Tobacco Free Gibson County were present.

Tim Nurrenbern asked the gathering if there were any concerns to be expressed over Dr. Humbaugh's contract as Superintendent of South Gibson School Corporation. No comments were made.

With no further discussion, David Lewis made a motion to adjourn into the Regular Board meeting at 06:31 p.m. Mike Bengert seconded the motion and the Board moved into the Annual Board of Finance session on a vote of 7/0.
